Everything Keldura can import.

Keldura connects mixed sources into one Library: video, audio, images, documents, websites, and messages. Each item is routed to the best processing provider automatically — transcription for media, text extraction and OCR for documents — and lands in a collection you choose.

YouTube — videos, playlists, and channels

Paste a single video link for a quick transcript, or import an entire playlist or channel in one run. Keldura transcribes each video, keeps timestamps, and can translate the result. Connected playlists and channels can be monitored so new uploads are imported automatically.

Instagram — reels and profiles

Import individual reels or a whole profile. Keldura transcribes the audio track so short-form video becomes searchable text alongside your other sources.

Websites

Point the Website import at a site and Keldura crawls its key pages — about, docs, blog, help, and similar sections — turning them into documents in your Library. Use it to make product docs, help centers, or research sites chat-able. This works best on sites whose content is served as regular HTML pages.

Documents — PDF, Word, text, and images

Upload PDFs, Word documents, plain text, Markdown, and images. Scanned PDFs and images go through OCR so even photographed pages become searchable. There is also a standalone Convert file tool that turns PDFs and documents into clean Markdown.

Audio and video files

Upload local recordings — lectures, meetings, podcasts, interviews — and Keldura transcribes them with timestamps. You can also record audio directly in the browser and have it transcribed on the spot.

Google Drive

Connect Google Drive and import documents straight from it. Keldura only requests access to the files you pick — it does not scan your whole Drive.

Telegram — forward to import

Connect Telegram from the app and forward messages, files, and media to your import bot; they are saved into a Library collection automatically. It's a fast way to capture things you find in chats and channels. Group chat exports can also be imported as structured documents with the original files retained.

How imports run

Keep sources in sync

Connected sources — YouTube channels and playlists, Instagram profiles, websites — can be monitored. Keldura checks them on a schedule, imports what's new, and can roll the changes up into briefings. Manage connected sources, pause or resume them, and trigger a manual sync from the Sources page.
